	Vanity Tops and Basins Your bathroom vanity is an area which is constantly being used. If water can get through susceptible areas this can lead to swelling of your cupboards and vanity top. If you have noticed gaps, cracking of grout or deterioration of silicone between your vanity top and the wall where it joins, or gaps between the basin where it sits into the vanity, these areas will let water to leak through and require our Sure Seal Showers™ service for a permanent solution.
	Kitchen Sinks A very similar scenario to your bathroom vanity. Do the checks above.
	Baths There is nothing nicer after a hard days work to take a nice hot bath. But there is a tendency to fill them up to the brim and children love nothing more than seeing how much water they can splash about. The weight of the water and ourselves in a bath tends to make the bath move and also sink lower. This movement breaks the grout or lifts the silicone between the bath and wall tiles. All those litres of water can now gain easy access between those areas and cause significant water damage if left unattended.
	Bathroom Floors All that water that has overflowed from your bath or through your shower curtain while showering ends up on your bathroom floor. These pools of water while waiting to drain away will penetrate the porous grout on the floor. Any holes and deteriorated, broken down grout makes it even easier for water to leak through.
	Laundries Laundry troughs are always getting knocked about or have washing machines vibrating against them. This movement cracks the grout between the trough and wall tiles and once again allowing water easy access.
