1. On-site Procedure

	A fully-trained Sure Seal Showers™ technician will assess your shower. In this shower appraisal it will be explained to the owner or resident what our Sure Seal Showers™ service involves.
	The appraisal will also include a FREE shower water pressure test. This will determine if there are any plumbing faults within the shower set (also know as a shower combination).
	If the shower leakage is caused by a plumbing fault our assessment will be FREE OF CHARGE. If other areas are also contributing to the leakage the technician will then make arrangements to seal the shower after a qualified plumber has rectified the plumbing problem.

2. Plumbing

To prevent any water leaking between the wall tiles and flanges into the wall cavity behind, the shower technician will seal behind your hot and cold-water taps and your shower rose.

3. Sure Fill Application

	The technician will assess your wall and floor grout. Any minor areas of grout on either the wall and/or floor that have deteriorated or are suspect of leaking will be removed. It will be replaced with our Sure Fill product. Sure Fill will match the existing coloured grout as closely as possible.
	If existing grout in shower has deteriorated beyond our Sure Fill application repair, it may need to be completely replaced. The technician will advise you of this during your initial consultation.

4. Our Sure Seal Showers™ Application

	Any previous attempts of sealing, such as silicone, and the grout will be removed from the main movement and leakage prone areas. These are:
	where walls meet shower floors, walls meet walls and around the floor waste (drain).
	Those areas are then cleaned and prepared for the application of our Sure Seal Showers™ product.
	Our Sure Seal Showers™ product is then applied to these main movement areas. Its application is in a form of a micro coving that matches the colour of the shower as closely as possible to give a neat appearance.

5. Final Application Stage

	A clear sealer is applied to the entire tiled surface area of the shower. This sealer deeply penetrates the grout to help strengthen and seal it by narrowing the pores.
	Any microfractures in the glazing of the tile will be sealed. This prevents any unnecessary tile removal.
